Social Security Disability
An Ohio disability attorney can help
At the Jones Law Group, LLC we strive to meet the unique needs of each of our Ohio Social Security disability clients. Our work begins when you come to our office for an initial consultation. At this first meeting, we will take all the time needed to gain a detailed understanding of your particular impairment and how it impacts your daily life. Armed with this information, we will develop a case theme and strategy for effectively presenting your case to the Social Security Administration. Whether you have not yet filed for disability benefits, have filed and had your initial application denied, or already have been notified of your hearing date, you will get our personal service and attention from start to finish. If you would like our guidance through the Ohio Social Security disability benefits process, please call or e-mail. We would be happy to talk with you about your case.
Most successful applicants for Ohio Social Security disability benefits will have to file two appeals and testify at a hearing before their application is approved. This process will be easier, and your chances of success greater, if you have the steady hand of an Ohio disability attorney to guide you. We will gladly review your case, free of charge. Simply fill out the Claim Evaluation Form on the right side of this page. If you prefer, you may contact us by email or phone. We handle Columbus disability cases at all levels, from the initial application through the administrative hearing.
