We are a team of business attorneys who have chosen to dedicate our practice to creditors' rights in the business to business setting.
We focus on collection, litigation, bankruptcy, and commercial evictions, but we are pleased to discuss with a client any issue arising out of a business transaction. We are there to help the business community seek quick and effective methods to resolve issues in these areas.
We are leaders who not only have years of experience, but have authored books and articles, taught at continuing legal education classes for attorneys and made presentations to both lawyers and non-lawyers on the practice of creditors' rights. We believe that continuing education is not just a requirement, but the best way for us to continue to offer the pinnacle of legal services to our clients, each and every day!
We also have a deep and sincere passion for our work and are professionals with outstanding credentials to better serve our clients. We like our field and enjoy the practice and maintain a laser sharp focus on our clients' needs at all times. We are skilled at resolving problems swiftly so we can be an effective member of YOUR team!
Our clients experience a refreshingly different approach to client contact and attention in comparison to the treatment they have received in dealing at their previous collection law firms.
One reason is that we are a full service creditors' rights law firm, not the typical mill collection firm. We are dedicated to the service of commercial clients in commercial litigation, commercial collection, commercial eviction and creditor representation in bankruptcy. The experience of our attorneys allows us to take a commercial case from "cradle to grave:" send the demand letter, sue, litigate, try cases, enforce under post judgment, and handle bankruptcy issues if they arise anywhere in that process.
Clients tell us that what they most appreciate is that that we understand the ultimate reason for our services: to help our clients promote their bottom line. We do this by emphasizing our focus on each case and by prizing attention to our clients. Cases are reviewed and serviced individually. They are not merely become grist for some collection mill. We not only keep clients informed of the progress of their cases, but we consult them to tap into the valuable knowledge they have of industry and of their customer's history which, then, becomes a valuable part of our process.
We invite you to work with us to find out what the 21st Century attorney-client experience in creditors' rights should be.
