John Heilbrun has more than 35 years of experience assisting his clients in terminating their marriages. John has extensive experience in both litigation and in the Collaborative Process. The latter is a non-adversarial Process where the 2 spouses, along with their respective attorneys, work together to resolve, by mutual agreement, all of the issues that arise when a marriage is ending. This Process allows the 2 spouses to reach agreement on all of these issues in a manner that works best for the 2 of them and their children.
