FOR BANKRUPTCY: Chapter 7 fees vary based upon your individual situation. Chapter 13 fees are set by the individual bankruptcy courts and vary based upon the jurisdiction you live in. FOR ESTATE PLANNING: The fee for a will starts at $350.00, but the cost may be more depending on the complexity of your will. For Revocable Living Trusts, fees start at $1,250.00, but the cost may be more depending on the complexity of your trust. Advanced Medical Directives are $125.00 and Powers of Attorney are $175.00. If you choose a combination of estate planning tools, a 5% discount will be given.
