Jeremy Rosenthal is a founding partner of Rosenthal & Wadas, PLLC and was previously a partner in the McKinney law firm Nolte, Drain & Rosenthal, PLLC. He is Board Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Criminal Law.

My name is Derk Wadas, I am an attorney with a practice dedicated solely to providing representation in criminal cases in all Texas state courts and in Federal court. I am Board Certified in Criminal Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

I am a former Collin County prosecutor and practicing criminal attorney since 1998. During my years as a criminal prosecutor I tried over seventy cases to a jury and spent my career in the courtroom. I have the skills, experience and commitment to represent you in any type of crime.

It is important to me to stay abreast of changes in the law, and continually strive to deliver superior representation to clients. For those reasons, I am a member of organizations includingthe National College for DUI Defense, and theTexas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association.

Further, I have completed the Standardized Field Sobriety Testing Practitioner course and am a certified practitioner. I have the same level of training in field sobriety testing as the police who investigate Driving While Intoxicated cases.

Bo Kalabus began his legal career as a civil litigator and specialized in defending personal injury cases. Along the way, he successfully represented several Fortune 500 companies in several different litigation areas including product liability, premises liability, and toxic tort cases. Bo also served as national counsel for several clients where he planned litigation strategies and supervised all aspects of trial preparation for numerous cases throughout the county. After several years in civil practice, Bo turned his focus to starting his own law firm and developing a criminal defense practice to complement his experience on the civil docket. On September 4, 2010 the Kalabus Law Firm was proud to announce its affiliation with Rosenthal & Wadas L.L.P., a firm strongly rooted in the practice of criminal defense. Since that time, Bo has been able to bring positive results to clients in many arenas involving criminal defense from jury trials, to ALR hearings, and to the appellate level. Concern for people and families propels Ryan Kreck to handle family law cases including family violence, child support, divorce and custody cases. Ryan's practice also has a strong emphasis in criminal defense, where he represents clients in cases ranging from aggravated assault with deadly weapons to allegations of injuries to children. Many times family law cases can get mixed up with criminal law cases and Ryan's knowledge and experience of both areas effectively guide his clients through these difficult issues.

Throughout his career Ryan has been involved with several jury trials involving Child Protective Services (CPS). Justin Wilson served as an Assistant District Attorney in Collin County for three years before joining Rosenthal & Wadas, PLLC. He quickly rose through the ranks to become a chief misdemeanor prosecutor and then a member of the felony trial team. As a former prosecutor, Justin has extensive experience evaluating the strengths and weaknesses of a case, and he uses his insight into the DA's Office to achieve the best possible outcome for his clients. He is able to analyze criminal defense cases from both sides, and figure out how best to fight the state's case.
