The Law Office of Jason Flores-Williams

Firm Overview

We fight to protect you from prosecution through bold pre-indictment strategies, aggressive grand jury practice, extensive motion practice and oral argument, thorough investigation, forfeiture defense, asset protection and innovative precision-based trial strategy. We have won difficult cases and landmark victories, prevented our clients from becoming indicted and if they are indicted, then gaining their acquittals. We took a client facing more than 120-years in prison and plead him down to 3-years probation. We dismissed two 1st Degree Murder charges against a lead defendant in an 18-count RICO indictment. In a landmark case dealing with due process and asset forfeiture, we forced the state to return our clients assets including a 401k bank account that was wrongfully seized. We have represented high-profile fugitives charged with murder and airplane hijacking. We are experienced in capital appeals, appellate review for racketeering, continuing criminal enterprise/21 USC 848 "Drug Kingpin Act." Habeas corpus petitions, constitutional challenge of illegal incarceration. Successful 42 U.S.C 1983 Civil Rights Litigation for deprivations of your constitutional rights. We are especially adept at using professional strategies to protect your business and/or personal reputation. From arraignment hearings for felonies to the most complex financial, white collar litigation, we have a proven track record at trial. We only take a few major cases a year, so that we can personally dedicate ourselves to your cause. -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Criminal Defense

We specialize in impact criminal defense of serious felonies. If you have been indicted or are facing indictment, then you need courageous attorneys. From the moment you retain us, we challenge every aspect of the government's case.

The firm was founded by Jason Flores-Williams in 2009. Flores-Williams has worked on death row cases and been covered in the New York Times, The Washington Post, and in media outlets around the world. He knows how to win the most challenging cases, so that you walk away with your life intact. The motto of this firm is that we don't practice "criminal defense." We go on the "offensive." The prosecution is trying to put you in prison. We are the firewall, we get between the prosecution and you, breathe new life into your case, step-by-step educating the court on your behalf so that we move toward dismissal, acquittal or the best plea bargain resolution. Once you retain this firm, you will be in consistent contact with the lead attorney, Jason Flores-Williams. You will not be talking with secretaries, assistants, paralegals, but with the attorney who is personally handling your case. Once you retain this firm, your case becomes personal and you become our priority. If they are going to try and deprive you of your freedom or assets, then it is going to be one of the hardest, uphill fights they have ever faced. This is your life. We defend it.

Sex Crimes

The moment you are charged with a sex crime, then it can feel like your life is over. Even if you're acquitted, the damage has been done. Do not despair. The fight for your rights and reputation has not yet begun.

We work to keep you from getting indicted or to have the charges dismissed if you already have been indicted. If the government prosecutes, then we will ferociously defend your constitutional rights in court through trial. We have strategies to protect your reputation. We will work with you to protect your job. We have a proven and successful track record in defending our clients against sexual assault crimes. We have had cases dismissed, plead cases down to mere probation, kept our clients off the sex offender registry and taken our clients cases to trial and won. Contact us and let us tell you about our impressive record of victories in alleged sexual assault crimes.

How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?

It's personal. Lead attorney Jason Flores-Williams has been on the front lines of criminal defense all his life. Criminal defense is constitutional law. It's the Fourth, Fifth, Sixth and Fourteenth Amendments. It's the rights of the accused against the abuse of power. It's about the individual versus the infinite war chest of government. It's about my client's freedom versus a system that wants to put him in a cage. And it's about performance-based real lawyering, making critical decisions under pressure to win at trial. Google: Jason Flores-Williams. Watch the videos. Read the writings.

What is your firm's point of view regarding clients educating themselves on legal issues?

We work with our clients. We want your opinion. We want your experience. We want your insights. You are important to your own defense. Expect consistent communication and discussion of issues. Expect us to listen to your concerns. But also expect us to know what is effective. We've been there and won. That's why you've hired us.

Is your firm willing to review documents prepared by clients?

I will demonstrate an unbridled commitment toward utilizing every aspect of client-prepared records.

Is your firm willing to coach clients who want to represent themselves?

Not willing.

What distinguishes your law firm from others?

I would like you to read the following piece about growing up with a father facing indictment. Called "Child of War." Google: Jason Flores-Williams + Child of War. There is no other attorney who knows your situation from the inside as well as I do. That's why it's personal.

What are your firm's strengths and style?

A truly gifted courtroom attorney. We don't go to court to sit quietly. We make serious and passionate legal arguments on your behalf. We have been in the most hostile court environments and we have stood our ground and won victories for our clients. We often say here that our job is to breathe new life into a case. We tell your story. We work to educate the court. We want them to see you as a human being with constitutional rights. Right now - this moment - you are innocent. (Innocent until proven guilty.) We work to keep you from being convicted through serious and effective oral argument that has been honed in courtrooms and lecture halls around the country.

Jason Flores-Williams

The Law Office of Jason Flores-Williams

I have represented some of the most high profile criminal defense clients in the world. My cases have been covered in the New York Times, Washington Post, CNN, etc. I grew up with a father in prison. I brought myself from poverty to become a criminal defense attorney. Why?

Because I do not want the things that happened to me and my family to happen to you and your family.

If you google my name, you'll see a man who has spent his entire life fighting for the constitutional rights and dignity of the accused. I have spent my life on the front lines of the criminal justice system, saving one client at a time from incarceration.

A criminal indictment is not the end, but the beginning of a fight to return to your life. A life of options, a life of freedom. Our skills, experience and fierce commitment to our clients will help get you through this process and back to place where you can start thinking about your future.
