Attorney James A. Kobe has extensive experience resolving employment related disputes through negotiation, mediation, arbitration, at the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination and in state and federal court. Advising Employees on their rights, obligations and potential claims: Our firm represents employees in a range of employment law matters related to hiring, treatment during the employment relationship, compensation, termination and post-employment restrictions. Mr. Kobe concentrates on employment law and civil litigation. He has 26 years of experience in these areas, including 12 years as a partner and associate in a large Boston law firm.
