The Jaeger Firm, PLLC, was founded in August, 2010, by attorney Steven D. Jaeger. Shortly thereafter, his father, Steven R. Jaeger, retired from over 23 years of judicial experience, and joined the firm. The Firm also consists of a paralegal and CSD.

Steve was born and raised in the rolling hills of Kentucky, where he gained an appreciation for University of Kentucky basketball, horse racing, and Kentucky bourbon.
He is admitted to practice law in the United States Supreme Court, the Commonwealth of Kentucky and the State of Ohio, the United States District Court: Eastern District of Kentucky, and the following Federal Circuit Courts of Appeal: the First, Second, Third, Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, Seventh, Eighth, Ninth, Tenth and Eleventh Circuits.
He has nearly a decade of experience handling federal criminal appeals involving important constitutional issues such as an individual’s due process rights, freedom from illegal search and seizure, unlawful interrogations and sentencing guideline issues. He has also represented individuals in defense of their land rights and their rights to keep and bear arms.
He is a Life member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the National Rifle Association (NRA). He is also a member of the Kentucky Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Kentucky Bar Association, the Kentucky Justice Association, and the Federal Bar Association.
