We pride ourselves on helping individuals be prepared, which is why we draft wills, trusts, power of attorney or proxy documents, as well as living wills and advanced directives.

We strive to help new and established businesses in a variety of areas, including acting as outside general counsel, setting up new entities, drafting or reviewing contracts, and securing trademarks.

We draft vendor agreements for wedding vendors, and assist brides and grooms with reviewing contracts and drafting prenuptial agreements.
