Auto Accident

Idaho's Injury lawyers are auto accident attorneys who help ordinary people.

Your claim for compensation for injuries following a car or truck crash is an important right. Good lawyers can make the difference between a minimum and maximum financial award for your loss. At the personal injury law firm of Hepworth Holzer, LLP, we have been representing Idahoans since 1952. Whether in Boise, Meridian, Nampa, Caldwell or anywhere across the state you will find us to be quality lawyers for your herniated disc or other injuries. Your full and fair compensation is our number one goal.

We do not view the resolution of your claim as a "race." You get only one chance under Idaho law to fairly resolve your claim. If it is resolved prematurely or without adequate preparation, your financial recovery could be less than you deserve.

As Boise-based accident injury lawyers we provide a full and comprehensive legal analysis and bring our services that are aimed at fully addressing your legal needs to work for you. Among the many thing you will get help frpom us with after an accident injury crash, are
Assistance you through your treatment;
Helping coordinate your insurance benefits;
Assisting in ensuring your treatment, ambulance, hospitalization, physical therapy, homecare and other expenses are dealt with; and
Pursuing your full compensation from all applicable insurance coverage whether through negotiation, mediation, arbitration or litigation.

You will find that the legal issues arising around insurance coverage for car collisions and truck crashes can be extremely complex. Often, you will learn your own medical and auto insurance may be liable for expenses initially. Later, other drivers' and other parties' insurance coverage may apply. We can handle your full claim regardless of your injuries.

Personal Injury

Wrongful Death

How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?

We have dedicated our careers to helping injured people. It is our firm's reason for existing. Our firm only handles cases on behalf of children, individuals and families who have been wrongfully injured. We help people obtain compensation from the people and institutions responsible for those injuries. We do not and will not represent insurance companies, governmental organizations or large corporations.

We have been helping people secure money to pay for health care and other expenses after an accident.We are proud to say that since 1952 we've helped thousands of injured people, helping them recover the money they need to pay their medical bills, to support their families and to be fully compensated for their injuries. We limit our practice to personal injury law because we believe that we can do the best job possible by concentrating in one specialized area of the law.
As personal injury lawyers, we believe that helping people is one of the most important parts of our work.
