Our Personal Injury Department has obtained numerous multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements for our clients.
It is our primary goal that the person injured by the negligence and carelessness of others, whether in a motorcycle or car accident, aviation accident, construction site injury, slip and fall accident or wrongful death claim, will be compensated by the negligent party's insurance company. If you or a loved one has sustained injuries as a result of another person's wrongdoing, allow the experienced attorneys of HoganWillig to fight on your behalf.
Our attorneys also handle property tax challenges, zoning, title insurance, landlord/tenant issues as well as other related matters.
We take pride in helping our clients save dollars by carefully negotiating contract and repair issues, minimizing closing costs and resolving complicated title and post-closing issues as efficiently as possible. Our clients place their confidence in us and we strive to maintain their trust every day.
Real estate attorneys are available to speak on a multitude of topics at no charge.
We handle a wide range of divorce cases from small to multi-million dollar settlements.
