After a brief period of representing employers in workers' compensation disputes with their employees, Doug joined the firm of Hoffman Legal Group, LLC in June, 2001, where he has focused on representing individuals.

Doug has tried civil cases in several Ohio courts, has tried arbitrations and has argued appeals before several Ohio appellate courts. He has also represented parties before state and local administrative agencies, including the Industrial Commission of Ohio.
