He has negotiated countless labor agreements, and has represented employers before state and federal courts and arbitrators in adversary proceedings. He is recognized as an excellent trial attorney and negotiator and has argued before the United States Supreme Court and the Supreme Court of Ohio. His primary areas of concentration consist of general and corporate civil trial practice, labor and employment law, and family law. Jim has served as special counsel for the Ohio Attorney General.
