What distinguishes your law firm from others?

Harvey & Carpenter is a law firm with over 50 years experience among us to help you with your legal problems. We pride ourselves on being especially good at helping people who are not familiar with the legal system. We believe it is important to explain in a clear way to you how the legal system works and what your options are. We respect your right to make the decisions in your own case. That is why we make sure you know what you need to know to choose wisely. Many of our clients have never needed a lawyer before and have never had to deal with the legal system in their lives. Our first job is to find out from you what your problem is. Next we analyze your situation to find out what the options are for solving your problem. We then explain to you what the law can or sometimes cannot do and what your choices are. Finally, we work hard to get the best solution possible for you under the law.
