Chuck Parkinson received his undergraduate degree from Grand Valley State (B.S., 1987) and went on to obtain a graduate degree from Western Michigan University (M.A., 1991) before receiving his law degree from Valparaiso University School of Law (J.D., cum laude, 1998). Since joining Harris Welsh & Lukmann in 2001, Chuck has practiced in the areas of business and employment law, municipal law, real estate, and litigation. Chuck has served as a volunteer for a variety of boards and causes throughout Porter County.
