Wayne Hardee has been successfully handling personal injury and wrongful death cases for more than 35 years. At Hardee & Hardee, LLP, Wayne handles the firm's pre-litigation cases, with the help of attorneys Brack Massey and Kyle Blodgett and the firm's experienced staff.

Wayne grew up in Grifton, North Carolina. After completing high school, he attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he obtained his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 1979. He then attended the School of Law at Campbell University and was admitted to practice law in North Carolina in 1982.

Wayne began his law career in 1982 as an associate at the Greenville law firm of James, Hite, Cavendish, & Blount. Then, in 1984, Wayne and his brother, Charles, opened their own law practice in Greenville as Hardee & Hardee. Wayne and Charles have continuously practiced personal injury law together their entire legal careers.

Charles Hardee

Charles Hardee is a seasoned trial attorney who has more than 36 years of experience handling personal injury and wrongful death cases. At Hardee & Hardee, LLP, Charles, along with partner Brack Massey, handles the firm's litigated cases, with the help of the firm's experienced staff.

Charles grew up in Grifton, North Carolina. After completing high school, he attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he obtained his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 1978. He then attended the School of Law at Campbell University and was admitted to practice law in North Carolina in 1981.

Charles began his law career in 1981 as an associate at the Greenville law firm of James, Hite, Cavendish, & Blount. Then, in 1984, Charles and his brother, Wayne, opened their own law practice in Greenville as Hardee & Hardee. Charles and Wayne have continuously practiced personal injury law together their entire legal careers.

M. Brack Massey IV

Hardee and Hardee LLP

Brack Massey has been handling personal injury, wrongful death, and workers' compensation cases at Hardee & Hardee, LLP since 2010. As a result of his excellent work and results in these areas of the law, Brack became a partner in the firm in 2017. Brack currently handles pre-litigation and litigation matters for the firm and also manages the firm's workers' compensation practice.

Brack grew up in Greenville, North Carolina. After his graduation from Rose High School, he attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he played baseball for the Tar Heels. In 2007, Brack obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina and began his studies at Elon University School of Law. In 2010, Brack obtained his Juris Doctorate and was admitted to practice law in the State of North Carolina.

Kyle Blodgett

Hardee and Hardee LLP

Kyle Blodgett has been handling personal injury and wrongful death cases at Hardee & Hardee, LLP since 2014. Kyle is currently focusing on the pre-litigation phase of these cases and works very closely with Wayne Hardee on these matters.

Kyle grew up in New Bern, North Carolina. After his high school graduation, he attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Kyle obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina in 2004 and subsequently went to work with Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. Then, in 2011, Kyle began his studies at Elon University School of Law and obtained his Juris Doctorate in 2014. That same year, Kyle was admitted to practice law in the State of North Carolina.
