Patrick Hale is a 5th generation Floridian who cares about the people of this great state. His experiences have positioned him to be an advocate for you in your time of need. Patrick attended the University of Central Florida recieving a degree in political science with a focus on legal studies where he graduated with Honors of Summa Cum Laude as one of the top students in his class. While at the University of Central Florida he served on the cabinet of multiple student organizations and was a Student Government Association Senator representing the College of Sciences. He went on to attend Stetson College of Law which holds the title as the top Trial Advocacy program in the nation and graduated with a Juris Doctorate degree. While at Stetson Law, he was elected as a Student Bar Association Representative. He also clerked for the Attorney General's Office and the 6th Circuit Civil Appelate Panel (where he had the opportunity to write Orders that were published by the Circuit Panel of Judges). He worked for a prominent local insurance defense law firm and knows the strategies large insurance companies employ to pay you as little as possible. Patrick proceeded to work as an Assitant State Attorney where he prosecuted both misdemeanor and felony cases learning to feel at home in the courtroom. He prosecuted over 30 trials to verdict on behalf of the people of the State of Florida. He focused on prosecuting DUI's and on Boating Under the Influence. He won countless motions dealing with DUI stop issues and breath test motions.He had the opportunity to accompany DUI law enforcement officers on ride-a long. This let him see first hand DUI stops that lead to prosecution and gave him the opportunity to recognize legal issues that can be brought up during motions to dismiss DUI's.
