Greg was born and raised in Owensboro, Kentucky, and is a 1988 graduate of the University of Louisville law school. He received his undergraduate degree in accounting from Western Kentucky University.
Mr. Jennings clerked for both the late Judge Carl D. Melton with the Henderson Circuit Court, and also for the late Justice Thomas B. Spain with the Kentucky Supreme Court. Jennings, a former prosecutor in Louisville, Kentucky, successfully handled and tried numerous criminal cases. Jennings successfully argued before the Kentucky Supreme Court the property forfeiture case in Commonwealth v. Fint, Ky, 940 S.W.2d 896 (1997).
Greg was later appointed General Counsel to the Kentucky Department of Financial Institutions and thereafter was named Director of the Division of Minerals Resource Taxation and GIS with the Kentucky Department of Revenue.
Greg has given numerous presentations on a wide variety of topics ranging from banking, workers' compensation, taxation, and insurance. He is admitted to practice law in both Kentucky and Indiana as well as the federal courts in both Kentucky and Indiana.
Jesse Offill was born in the small eastern Kentucky town of Olive Hill. He enjoyed growing up in the forests of eastern Kentucky, but became interested in computers and programming as a child, when his sister married a computer scientist from Lexington. Jesse became enamored with the law while earning his Bachelor's degree at Transylvania University. He worked part time as a runner at the law rm of McCoy, West, Franklin, & Beal, which conveniently bordered campus. When he saw the intelligence and efectiveness of those lawyers, it seemed like they had super powers.
Jesse was awarded his Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Louisville in 2009. During law school he was awarded a limited legal practice license and practiced with the Louisville Commonwealth's

Jesse is married to Natalie Offill, and is a proud father of two children.
