We appear before all commissions and courts that involve workers' compensation matters. We handle matters that include work related deaths and injuries of all types. We are experienced in dealing with matters that involve all types of medical treatment whether or not surgery is performed that commonly deal with single event injuries, cumulative trauma injuries and hearing loss. We handle claims that involve not only insurance companies but also own risk and self-insured companies, including matters that involve subrogation. We provide representation in litigation and consultation on workers' compensation matters.
Mr. Fuller, a 1992 graduate of the University of Tulsa College of Law in Tulsa, Oklahoma, was born on May 25, 1964 in Rochester, Minnesota.
Mr. Fuller graduated with a B.S.B.A. from Oklahoma State University in 1987.
Mr. Fuller is a member of the Oklahoma and Missouri Bar Associations. He was an Assistant District Attorney in Tulsa County from 1992 to 1993. Mr. Fuller was also a Benefits Attorney at the Oklahoma State Insurance Fund from 1993 to 1996. Mr Fuller has extensive experience in litigating workers' compensation cases of all types.
