Moe Greenberg is one of the founding partners of Green & Greenberg. He attended SUNY Albany, majoring in Classical Civilizations. After graduating from Boston College Law School in 1981, he began working as a staff attorney for the Social Security Administration Office of Hearings Operations (OHO). In that position he worked closely with the administrative law judges deciding Disability and SSI claims which gives him a unique perspective and insight into how a judge decides which claimants to award benefits.
For more than 30 years, Moe has been affiliated with Green & Greenberg, providing successful representation to thousands of New Englanders. He is a member of the state bars and Federal Courts in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. Moe is also fluent in Spanish.

Ms. Herrera is a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives (NOSSCR) and has professional affiliations with Rhode Island Bar Association Social Security Sub-Committee, Rhode Island Women’s Bar Association, and Rhode Island Hispanic Bar Association.
Ms. Herrera has dedicated her professional career to helping the disabled community. Prior to attending law school, she worked as a paralegal for 15 years assisting other attorneys helping disabled individuals with their disability claims. Now as an attorney, Ms. Herrera remains a tireless advocate for her clients with a dedication to first-rate personal attention. With over 2,000 hearings under her belt, Ms. Herrera knows what it takes to develop a case to get the benefits her clients deserve. David came to Green and Greenberg after two and a half years practicing disability law with a national group based in Waltham, Massachusetts. He is admitted to the bar in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and New York.
