DUI and DWI

DUI and Criminal Defense trial lawyers

We are former prosecutors who know how the criminal justice system works - it's critical to contact an attorney as soon as possible after any criminal arrest.

With over 30 years of criminal law experience we have handled thousands of cases, ranging from misdemeanor drug possession to felony first degree murder. We begin by contacting your prosecutor to get your case entirely dropped. If the prosecutor refuses a good deal, we go to trial.

You have only 10 days to get a hardship license after a DUI arrest. If you don't take the necessary steps, you will not be able to drive and could be arrested again if you get behind the wheel. Contact Greater Tampa Law, P.L. to get your life back on track.

What experience or education distinguishes your lawyers from others?

We have practiced on both sides of the criminal justice system, as prosecutors with the for more than 15 years, and criminal defense for a decade.

We know what goes into the investigation and decision making process for every type of crime. We have handled all cases from DUI to First Degree Murder, as both prosecutors and criminal defense attorneys.

We have taken hundreds of cases to trial.

If you want knowledgeable, experienced, and hands-on attorneys, Greater Tampa Law, P.L. is Your Bridge to Justice.
