DUI & Criminal Defense
We are former prosecutors who know how the criminal justice system works - it's critical to contact an attorney as soon as possible after any criminal arrest.
With over 15 years of criminal law experience we have handled thousands of cases, ranging from misdemeanor drug possession to felony first degree murder. We begin by contacting your prosecutor to get your case entirely dropped. If the prosecutor refuses a good deal, we go to trial.
You have only 10 days to get a hardship license after a DUI arrest. If you don't take the necessary steps, you will not be able to drive and could be arrested again if you get behind the wheel. Contact Greater Tampa Law, P.L. to get your life back on track.
We have practiced on both sides of the criminal justice system. Jason and I spent ten years as prosecutors with the Pinellas County State Attorney's Office. Since that time, we have been practicing criminal defense for more than 5 years.
We know what goes into the investigation and decision making process for every type of crime. We have handled all cases, as both prosecutors and criminal defense attorneys, ranging from battery to 1st degree murder.
We have tried more than 140 jury trials and more than 50 bench trials.
If you want knowledgeable, experienced, and hands-on attorneys, Greater Tampa Law, P.L. is Your Bridge to Justice.
