What is your firm's point of view regarding clients educating themselves on legal issues?

Education is a great thing and clients should spend as much time as they want to educate themselves on the issues. I often provide additional sources should clients wish to learn more about the legal process. Still, lawyers are in the nuance business, and when it comes to making big life choices, it is best to turn to the experts. Don't be penny wise and pound foolish!
