Workers Compensation
Our Firm has Represented over 5000 Injured Workers. We have obtained over 100 Million dollars in Settlements for our Clients and Continue to Focus on the Rights of Injured Workers.
Our Firm was built on representing the rights of Injured Workers. Many Injured Workers believe their Insurance Carriers and Employers will take care of their claims. Or in some cases they believe they will be fired for hiring an attorney.

In most cases, eventually the insurance carrier will stop providing benefits, or take some action adverse to the injured worker. The sooner an Injured Workers hires an attorney, the better it is for their claim and its settlement or Trial value.

In addition, State Law as well as Federal Law provides that an Employer cannot fire an Injured Worker for filing a claim, or for hiring an attorney.

George Goldberg

He then opened his own law firm in 1996 handling personal injury and work injury cases. In 2000 he partnered up with his law school classmate to form Goldberg & Dohan. George then began expanding the law practice to other parts of the Country by first opening up in Knoxville, Tennessee in 2006.
