Attorney Robert Sparks of Robert Sparks Attorneys is a Florida native who received his legal education at Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center. During law school, he participated in the Moot Court Honor Society. After graduating, he worked as an Assistant State Attorney in Hillsborough County. Working as a prosecutor allowed him to hone his trial skills, as he participated in 30 jury trials and many more non-jury trials during this time. He then went to work for an insurance defense firm which gave him valuable knowledge of insurance claims and civil trial law. He has years of trial experience as well as years of insurance company representation experience. Now, as a personal injury attorney, Mr. Sparks represents plaintiffs in personal injury actions advocating on their behalf to recover maximum financial compensation.
