William Gerstein, a partner in the law firm, is a member of the Florida and Georgia state bars. He has also been admitted to the United States Federal Court for the Southern District of Florida. Mr. Gerstein is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, certified as an expert in immigration and nationality law by the Florida Bar, and has been practicing US immigration law since 1995. Mr. Gerstein earned his Bachelor's degree in International Relations with minors in Spanish and Italian from Tulane University in 1992 and then went on to complete his law degree at St. Thomas University in 1995. Mr. Gerstein speaks Spanish and Italian and has served thousands of clients in his years of dedicated immigration practice.

Tatiana Navarro Millet

Tatiana Navarro Millet, an associate at the law firm, is a member of the Florida state bar and has been practicing law since 2014. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Journalism at the University of Florida and continued her education at Florida International University where she earned her law degree in 2012. While she practices a broad range of immigration law, Ms. Navarro had great success working with employment-based cases such as L and E visas, green cards, and appeals. She works with small to medium sized international companies to legally bring their personnel and plan for future immigration needs based upon the changing political climate. Patricia Cooper

Patricia Cooper has been an associate attorney with the firm for six years. Her practice areas include removal defense, asylum, VAWA, DACA, complex family-based immigration, and waivers for unlawful presence, crimes, and fraud. She represents individuals before the immigration courts, the Board of Immigration Appeals, the asylum offices, and the USCIS field offices. She has been a speaker on removal defense and immigration law panels hosted by the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and the Broward County Bar Association. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Cooper was an attorney advisor at the Miami Immigration Court. She advised the immigration judges on legal issues in deportation cases and drafted written decisions. Ms. Cooper graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Virginiain 2005, where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Spanish and History. She completed her law degree at the University of Virginia School of Law in 2010. Ms. Cooper’s interest in immigration law stems from her experiences traveling internationally, studying abroad, and working in Ecuador. She is passionate about serving immigrants and their families and strives to provide exceptional legal services, communication, and compassion.
