Sara N. Tasch is a business and estate planning attorney who was destined to work with small businesses. Ms. Tasch comes from a family of business owners, which enables her to truly understand her clients' goals, both legally and on a personal level.
Shortly after graduating from law school, Ms. Tasch worked as a law clerk at a civil litigation firm while awaiting her bar exam results. Once licensed, she began her career as an estate and business planning attorney at a prominent boutique law firm in North County, San Diego, where she helped families protect their assets through comprehensive estate and business plans and complex tax planning techniques. Stephen Lux is an aggressive, zealous advocate who also enjoys an excellent reputation for courtesy and professional integrity in the legal community. He is a seasoned trial attorney who has spent his entire career, since being admitted to the California Bar in 1983, handling civil litigation matters. Mr. Lux was the first attorney hired at Shustak & Partner' s San Diego office and was second in seniority and responsibility to founder Erwin Shustak, handling numerous high-level securities arbitrations before the NASD (forerunner to FINRA) and a variety of general business disputes in State and Federal court.

She received a specialized certificate in labor and employment law as well as recognition by the American Bar Association and Bureau of National Affairs, Inc. for Excellence in Labor and Employment Law.
While in law school, Ms. Gehres began working at Baerveldt, Bagsby, Lee & Green, LLC as a legal consultant and continued working there as an attorney after her bar admission. During her work with that firm, she assisted in obtaining a $10 million wrongful death verdict and a $3 million settlement.
Prior to law school, Ms. Gehres worked as a senior accountant at AMDOCS, Inc., a multi-national computer programming firm. There she was responsible for foreign and domestic financial statements, tax returns, enforcing employee policies as well as payroll. During her tenure with the company, Ms. Gehres earned her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Lindenwood University and graduated magna cum laude with a 3.92 GPA.
Shortly after graduating from law school, Ms. Gehres co-founded Anderson & Gehres, LLC, a law firm focusing on employment and labor litigation, medical malpractice law, corporate compliance, family law, and general civil litigation. In 1999 she became licensed to practice law in California and took the position of Corporate Counsel and Director of Human resources at a medical imaging company located in Carlsbad, California.
Since leaving that role, Ms. Gehres has continued to assist individuals and small businesses in the states of California and Michigan through the practice of law while raising her three now grown children. In 2013, she obtained advanced mediation training through the National Conflict Resolution Center. Her broad range of experience is uniquely suited to the needs of small businesses and individuals. Mr. Tucker has been an arbitrator for the San Diego Superior Court Judicial Arbitration Program, and for many years has been an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association. Mr. Tucker has also been a mediator for the American Arbitration Association and the National Conflict Resolution Center (formerly, the San Diego Mediation Center), one of the largest dispute resolution organizations in the country. Mr. Tucker was Chairman of the Board of the San Diego Mediation Center during the period 2000-2001. Mr. Tucker has been appointed Judge Pro Tem of the San Diego Superior Court for settlement conferences and trials, and has been a Referee for the Superior Court.
