We help injured Ohio workers receive the compensation they deserve. If you've suffered an injury in the workplace call us today.
Why Workers' Compensation? Workers' compensation is designed to protect Ohio workers and help control the cost of doing business in Ohio. By keeping the cost of doing business down, businesses bring more jobs to Ohio, more money is pumped into the economy and all of Ohio wins. But if Workers' Compensation is there to protect workers, why is the process so difficult? The The Bureau of Worers' Compensation contests claims because although they are there to protect Ohio workers they also need to protect the Workers' Compensation Fund from abuse. Unfortunately, this can often result in a complicated and confusing process. However, if you have a valid claim, you are entitled to compensation from the Ohio Workers' Compensation Fund. Contact us today for help with your Workers' Compensation Claim at: 330-535-5757.
