One of our passions is helping clients secure, protect, and acquire property. We use our training and our love of real estate and property to ensure that you have the best legal team on your side.
We have always loved property and know the importance of helping clients secure and protect their property. Since we took property classes in law school we have wanted to build our practice around real estate and property and all that surrounds it. The right to own property is a key right and we take that right seriously. Also, we know that our ability to connect with clients and establish rapport has guided us toward assisting our clients or new clients in other matters that don't immediately touch real estate such as personal injury or family law.
We are born and raised in the Hoosier state, we raise our families here, and we were trained as lawyers here. Hoosier Hospitality is part of what makes Indiana great, and it drives us to be not just hard-working but honest, true, and provide the best service we can to our clients.
We strive to provide our clients with an approach and an environment that is welcoming and comforting. We want our clients to know that they are paying for our legal services not large overhead. Further, We take unique approaches to the traditional billable hour. We work with clients to ensure that they feel comfortable with our process and understand how we will progress with a case. From working with clients through payment plans, flat fee structures, and the traditional billable hour we try to approach each case with the knowledge that each and every client has different needs and each and every case is different. We don't just use formulaic approaches to churn out cases, rather we try to meet clients where they are in the moment, and understand that their problems have disrupted their lives. We want clients to know that we are here to help calm the storm, right the wrongs, and even just provide guidance and advice to prevent issues.
Yes, we are happy to assist clients by reviewing contracts, leases, and other documents.
We are willing to coach clients under a limited representation format. However, we strongly advise that clients get the advice and assistance of a lawyer anytime legal issues arise.
