Keith Fuicelli

Denver personal injury attorney, Keith Fuicelli, partnered with John Lee to form Fuicelli & Lee, P.C. after experiencing first hand the lack of personal attention large law firms provide their clients. In too many cases, this lack of attention leads to mediocre results.

Fuicelli & Lee's mission is straightforward: provide the highest level of legal representation and personal service for every client, every time.

Before forming Fuicelli & Lee, P.C., Keith worked as an attorney with one of the largest personal injury firms and one of the largest insurance defense firms in Colorado. Prior to that, he worked as a District Attorney in Jefferson County, Colorado eventually working in the Crimes Against Children Unit.

Keith has litigated a wide range of criminal and civil matters. He has conducted more than seventy five trials, argued before the Court of Appeals multiple times, and conducted numerous evidentiary hearings. This extensive trial experience is a true asset.

Mr. Fuicelli also brings a unique perspective to handling personal injury matters. In May of 2007 he was hit by a car while jogging and spent nearly two months in the hospital. When asked how the experience has affected him, Keith states:

"I suppose some of the more valuable lessons I learned from my ordeal help me relate and empathize with clients. Most people do not understand how vulnerable and terrifying it is going through a serious accident. Unless you have been through it, it is very difficult to comprehend the worry, self-doubt, and frustration that accompany serious injury. I think many people take for granted the ability to work and earn a living for their family until it is taken away. In my case, I was a hair away from not being able to do the job I truly love."

Jessica Cash

Along with Mr. Fuicelli, Jess Cash also brings a unique perspective to her personal injury cases. A couple of years after she had her first child it was determined through a brain MRI that her son was born with a mild case of a rare metabolic disorder. While still struggling to understand this diagnosis, Jess's mom unexpectedly and tragically died at the young age of 50. Soon after, Jess resigned from the DA's office to focus her attention on her son's needs and therapy. Her son is now 16 and doing great thanks to many hours of hard work, early intervention and great therapists. Along with her son, Jess also has a young daughter who is 14. This experience with her family gave Jess a first-hand view on how an unexpected medical issue of any kind can take its toll not only on the individual but also all family members. Jess states, "I would say that the one thing people most take for granted is their good health and that of their loved ones." She also can strongly empathize with anyone who has unexpectedly lost a loved one stating this about the loss of her mother, "You wake up one day and they are here and healthy and the next day they are gone and you never got to say goodbye. It is one of the hardest and most painful things I have ever dealt with."

Jess was raised in the beautiful city of Boulder after her family moved from Queens, New York in 1989 when she was 13 years old. She is a proud graduate of Boulder High School and enjoyed growing up just a few blocks from Chautauqua Park, which caused her to fall in love with hiking and the Colorado mountains. Jess and her family reside a mile outside Longmont in unincorporated Boulder County.

As a Longmont and northern Colorado personal injury attorney, Jess Cash is committed to obtaining the best possible outcome for her clients. She understands what a privilege it is to help guide people through this often overwhelming and frustrating process.

With 20 years of helping families navigate the often-confusing court system, Lorenz brings a unique skill set to her work as a personal injury attorney. She serves as a tireless advocate for clients and gives them the empathy, grit and determination they need during tough times. Lorenz joined Fuicelli & Lee in 2018 and in her first year assisted Partner Keith Fuicelli in obtaining two multi-million-dollar jury verdicts. In November 2020, Lorenz’s hard work and dedication to her clients earned her the title of Partner at Fuicelli & Lee.

“I have dedicated my practice to helping those who have been hurt by the actions of others,” said Lorenz. “I chose to work in crimes against children to pursue justice for our society’s most vulnerable victims. The shift to helping personal injury victims felt very natural. I tirelessly advocate for my clients to make sure that their voices are heard, and they receive full, fair and complete compensation for their injuries.”

Lori Tolle

Lori Tolle is an experienced trial attorney that brings a “real life” orientation to her practice. As a deputy district attorney with Jefferson County for over a decade, Lori gained vast courtroom and trial experience resulting in justice for victims in cases ranging from low level misdemeanors to felony sex assaults and first-degree murder.

While at the DA’s office, Lori sought justice for children – one of the more vulnerable segments of our society – in the Crimes Against Children (“CAC”) unit. In this CAC unit, Lori tried cases involving sexual assaults on children and physical abuse, including severe head and brain trauma. Lori excelled in navigating the complex legal issues that make these important cases so demanding while connecting with the real people involved and staying victim-focused.

Lori is the mother of three children and an accomplished public servant. After leaving the district attorney’s office to spend more time with her children, Lori served as president of the Trailmark Metro District and officer on the board of directors for “A Little Help”, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to helping seniors. She works actively with her daughters at their school and has taught legal and investigative courses to both law enforcement and junior deputy district attorneys.

Together with her husband of eighteen years, Lori takes pride in teaching her children compassion and authenticity, the value of helping and serving others and the importance of tenacity. She personifies these characteristics and strives for justice in obtaining results for Fuicelli & Lee clients.

Lori’s motto at Fuicelli & Lee is: “Just like when I was seeking justice for children who were victims of crime, at Fuicelli & Lee I find that, while I cannot change the event or circumstances which led my client to need my assistance, I can work tirelessly to give my client every tool, resource and opportunity to empower them to choose where they are going to go from here.”
