Fredric Lehrman has a tradition of educational excellence from primary school through current. Mr. Lehrman attended Riverdale Country Day School in Bronx, NY for primary school since grade 4. Fredric attended the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business (1969) where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics. Mr. Lehrman then went on to study law in New York City at New York Law School. Following his formal education, Mr. Lehrman began working in Bronx County, NY first as a clerk for a practicing attorney. Mr. Lehrman holds the high honor and distinction of serving as the former Assistant District Attorney (1975-1977) of Bronx County, NY. Fredric stays abreast of all current proceeding and laws through his studies and participation in continuing legal education (CLE) courses and certification annually and takes courses on current topics in Landlord and Tenant Law in New York, Residential and Commercial Evictions, and Landlord Tenant Law, amongst others.

In addition to being a (Professional Corporation) P.C., Mr. Lehrman is also a partner in the firm of Lehrman, Lehrman, and Gutterman, LLP, in its 43rd year of practice.
