A partner in Fratar, Kern & Kelly, LLP and a lifelong resident of the greater Springfield, Massachusetts area, Attorney Fratar graduated from American International College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1968 and from Suffolk University Law School with a Juris Doctor degree in 1974. He frequently lectures on various aspects of commercial and residential real estate law, and is a lecturer at the National Retail Tenants Association's annual conference.
Attorney Fratar has been awarded the highest rating for legal ability and ethical standards from Martindale-Hubbell, a nationally ranked attorney rating service, and was recently named to Martindale-Hubbell's Bar Register of Pre-eminent Lawyers. A thirty year member of the East Longmeadow, Massachusetts Rotary Club, he has also been named a Paul Harris Fellow by Rotary International for service rendered to Rotary, his country and his community.
