Since its inception, the firm has established a reputation for results and a talent for innovation built on years of service to its clients and community. The firm excels in the areas of Family Law, Estates and Trusts, Appellate Practice, Government Relations, and Federal and State Campaign Finance Law. The firm is composed of four shareholder attorneys, one associate attorney, four of-counsel attorneys and a dedicated support staff. Frederick N. Frank, was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He received both his undergraduate and Juris Doctorate degree from the University Of Pittsburgh, School Of Law. He was admitted to the bar in 1970. His areas of practice are: Family Law, Media Law, Campaign Finance, Government Relations and Appellate Practice.

Mr. Frank is a founding partner of Frank, Gale, Bails, Murcko, & Pocrass, P.C.. Mr. Frank is the Solicitor to the Pittsburgh Comprehensive Pension Trust Fund and was Solicitor to the Allegheny County Treasurer for twenty years. From 1991-1993 he was Chair (by election) of the Family Law Council of the Allegheny County Bar Association. Mr. Frank also has served as a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Law Council: Chair of the Public Service Committee of the Allegheny County Bar Association: Chair of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Committee of Pennsylvania Child Custody Jurisdiction: and Trustee of the Louis Little Foundation of the Allegheny County Bar Association. He currently serves as Chair of the Allegheny County Bar Association Appellate Practice Committee and the Treasurer. He has served (by appointment of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania) as a member of Pennsylvania Appellate Rules Committee (ACPRC). He co-chaired the ACPRC's committee on the newly instituted Children's Fast Track rules for appeals involving children. He also serves (by nomination of the President of the United State of America) as a director of the Czech and Slovak American Enterprise Fund; and Commissioner of the Pittsburgh Housing Authority
