Joe also assists in structuring, negotiating, and providing financial analysis for movie and film productions, environmental remediation, renewable energy, historic rehabilitation, and affordable housing tax credits. He has a unique understanding of the MA Brownfields Tax Credit regulations and has filed two of the largest applications in the program's history.
