If there's no recovery, there's no fee.
If there's no recovery, there's no fee. Have you been injured in an accident but are hesitant to hire a lawyer because of the expense? This is a common situation for many individuals in need of compensation. The expenses involved with a serious accident can be daunting enough without having to add on attorney fees and court costs. About Our Firm The Flowers Law Firm, P.C., is quickly becoming one of the top personal injury law firms in East Texas. We work with victims of auto accidents, 18 wheeler collisions, traumatic brain injuries, and other types of serious injuries from our office in Tyler, Texas. When you work with the insurance claims attorney at The Flowers Law Firm, you can count on top-notch service, open communication, and honest discussions about your case. History The Flowers Law Firm opened its doors in Tyler in 2010. Since those early days, the firm has worked to maintain its commitment to injury accident victims in East Texas. Prior to opening the office, company director Donivan Flowers served as an attorney representing clients in a wide range of cases involving personal injury and bad faith insurance claims. Mr. Flowers brings that wealth of experience to his own firm, allowing him to serve as an East Texas personal injury attorney for clients throughout the region. Service A major component of the approach The Flowers Law Firm takes toward its clients is the commitment to service. This commitment allows a small firm to achieve the results often seen from much bigger firms. The difference lies in the fact that, as a smaller firm, The Flowers Law Firm is better equipped to give its clients the one-on-one attention they deserve, while still employing the innovative legal strategies that help victims overcome the teams of high-powered lawyers employed by the major insurance carriers.
