Estate Planning

We provide complete estate plans, business succession plans and asset protection

We provide complete estate plans, including trusts, wills, durable powers of attorney and advance healthcare directives. We also create business succession plans, form family companies and litigate issues involving estate plans. What sets us apart from other firms is that we also handle the transfer of real property and certain other major assets into trust. By contrast, most firms will send the client away with an unfunded trust and a complex set of instructions that the client either will never complete or will require the client to pay another attorney to complete.

Probate

We handle probate cases and related litigation

Probate is the court procedure for transferring assets upon death with or without a will. If the deceased person had significant assets without a trust, then a probate will generally be necessary. In addition to handling the main case in probate matters, we also handle litigation involving probate, wills and trusts.

What distinguishes your law firm from others?

We believe strongly in providing complete and valuable solutions. This means actively helping the client determine his or her goals and then ensuring that they are accomplished correctly and on time. We do not make money providing consultations or general advice; we will not work with you unless we believe we can provide you with an effective solution that is worth more than what it costs.
