A Commitment to Professional Excellence

We believe that all personal and family services are just that: personal and family orientated. We provide individual attention to manage and help guide you through a time of transition and change. FSB provides comprehensive and affordable planning and preparation for Wills, Trusts, and other asset transfers. We understand that each personal and family situation is unique, and so make it a priority to understand your goals and objectives, before recommending legal alternatives to secure those goals. We handle the administration of estates and trusts, to efficiently complete the process in a timely and professional manner.

What is your firm's point of view regarding clients educating themselves on legal issues?

Probate and trust administration is teamwork between the Family, the Personal Representative, and the Attorney. We welcome clients who are self educated in the legal issues, and able to take on some of the responsibility. One of the primary purposes of our initial meeting is to ensure a clear and intelligent direction forward, with responsibilities well defined. Some families want us to handle all details; others want to manage much of the estate administration themselves. We are ready, able, and experienced to work both ways.
