Todd Farrar

Todd Farrar is licensed to practice law in Mississippi and Louisiana. Todd has experience representing clients in many areas of law, including hundreds of cases related to serious injuries from car accidents, DUI defense, criminal defense of misdemeanors and felonies, divorce & child custody cases, medical malpractice claims, and a wide range of serious personal injury matters.

Before partnering with Stopher Haug, Todd owned law firms in Ocean Springs, MS and Lafayette, LA. Todd also handled DUI and other criminal cases for the Public Defender's office in Vermilion Parish, Louisiana. He has worked with some of the largest personal injury firms on the Mississippi Gulf Coast and serves as a mediator and trial lawyer for the firm.

Todd received his undergraduate degree from Mississippi State University and earned his Juris Doctor and Graduate Diploma in Civil Law from LSU's Paul M. Hebert Law Center. His childhood was split between Lacombe, LA, on the northshore of Lake Pontchartrain, and Diamondhead, MS.

Todd and his wife, Amy, now reside in downtown Ocean Springs with their son, Luke, and dog, Loui. When not in courtrooms all across the state, you may find Todd fishing, boating and sailing in the Mississippi Sound or finding forever homes for shelter dogs while volunteering with Friends of Jackson County Animal Shelter.

Stopher Haug

Christopher C. "Stopher" Haug, is licensed to practice law in Mississippi, Alabama, and Florida. Stopher has over fourteen years of experience in representing clients in many areas of the law, ranging from general civil litigation to domestic and family law, personal injury, criminal law, as well as contract disputes and business formation and strategy.

Before partnering with Todd Farrar, Stopher owned his own law firm, The Haug Law Firm in Ocean Springs, MS and also worked with two regional law firms in Mississippi and Alabama and served as in house counsel for one of the largest companies in the Gulf South. He has tried cases in state and federal courts, and has extensive experience with mediations and arbitrations.

Stopher received his law degree from the Hugo L. Black School of Law at the University of Alabama in 2000 after earning his undergraduate degree from Mississippi State University in 1997. He is a graduate of Leadership Mississippi and currently serves as an Election Commissioner for the City of Ocean Springs, Mississippi, and as an executive board member of the 1699 Historical Society.

He and his wife, Lauren, reside in Ocean Springs with their three children and their family dog, Teddy.

Jonathan Franco

Jonathan Franco joined the firm as a partner in July 2017. He was raised in Montgomery, Alabama and attended the University of Alabama, where he received his undergraduate degree in political science, with a minor in English. Jonathan went on to earn his law degree at Mississippi College School of Law in Jackson, Mississippi.

Before partnering with Haug & Farrar, Jonathan was a litigation associate at a well-respected Ocean Springs law firm, focusing primarily on personal injury, workers' compensation and family law cases. He has tried personal injury and insurance dispute cases to verdict in both state and federal courts in Mississippi and has also received favorable judgments in complex, high asset divorce trials. Jonathan has a passion for his work that is palpable and a skill for presenting cases to Mississippi juries that results in fair and reasonable verdicts.

Jonathan lives in Ocean Springs, is an avid football fan and enjoys kayak fishing and boating when he's not preparing for his next jury trial. He is currently the president elect of the Ocean Springs Rotary Club, which keeps him very active in the community. He is heavily involved in Mississippi's preeminent trial lawyer and personal injury lawyer association, the Mississippi Association for Justice (MAJ). Within MAJ, he serves on the Board of Governors representing the Jackson County Circuit Court division and is treasurer of the New Lawyers Division. Jonathan is the 2018 recipient of MAJ's "Rising Star" award given to a trial lawyer under 40 years of age who has excelled in personal injury litigation.
