We help injured workers! Millions of dollars recovered. Aggressive representation and concierge client service. Worker's Compensation is all we do.
Pacific Worker's Compensation Law Center is the Northern California leader in protecting workers' rights. We are the experts in California Worker's Compensation! Our clients are our cause. We fight for you, and with over 60 years of combined legal expertise, we get unparalleled results. Thousands of hardworking people just like you get the benefits they deserve because of PWC. Our founder, Eric J. Farber, a former high-profile litigator in the world of sports, entertainment and celebrity entrepreneurs, began in Workers' Compensation by helping professional athletes with their severe injuries. Our firm was one of the very first to file an NFL Concussion Related case, as well as the only known case for ALS against an NFL team in California Worker's Compensation. Upon seeing the intense difficulty that a high-profile athlete can go through, Mr. Farber realized that the system must be even more difficult for the average worker. Pacific Worker's Compensation focuses on two things: justice and care for injured workers and ideal service for our clients. Drawing upon our firm's history, we seek to give workers the type of high-level legal service and customer attention everyone deserves -- the kind usually reserved for high-profile clients at concierge firms. Each PWC client is matched with an attorney whose sole focus is Workers' Compensation and his or her team of two highly-trained legal assistants, both rigorously educated in Worker's Compensation. That's why we are the experts, and that's why our clients have unparalleled access to all our knowledge. We know our clients are going through some of the most difficult times in their lives. With aggressive representation, unmatched client communication, and the highest level of ethics, we can help. The recognition speaks for itself: Superb 10.0 AVVO Rated, N. California Superlawyers AV Rated Martindale Five-Star Ratings on Google +, Facebook & Yelp. But above any accolade, we value knowing that our work helps the community. Our Pacific Worker's Foundation, started in 2015 is committed to assisting those in need. We deliver holiday meals to our less fortunate clients, support community events, and offer College Gap Scholarships to the children of clients and children of Bay Area Police and Firefighters. We fight for you, and with over 60 years of combined legal expertise, we get unparalleled results. When you call us, there's no risk -- you pay only if we recover. Thousands of hardworking people just like you get the benefits they deserve because of PWC. Our founder, Eric J. Pacific Workers' Compensation focuses on two things: justice for injured workers and ideal service for our clients. Drawing upon our firm's history, we seek to give workers the type of high-level legal service and customer attention everyone deserves -- the kind usually unavailable to ordinary people. Each PWC client is matched with an Attorney whose sole focus is Workers' Compensation and his or her team of two highly-trained legal assistants, both rigorously educated in Workers' Compensation. Frankly, there is no better way to help our community than to help the hard-working people of the community. The Workers' Compensation system in California is broken, controlled by the insurance companies. We exist to fight for our community and fight for the workers that build our community. We view this as our higher calling. After many years of representing athletes, entertainers and high-profile clients, Mr. Farber, the firm's founder began representing pro-athletes in their Workers' Compensation claims. Seeing the intense difficulty they had receiving their rightful benefits, Mr. Farber realized that for the average worker, the road to recovery and benefits must be infinitely harder: they needed our help. We created Pacific Workers' to help all injured workers, and that is what we do every day.
Our lawyers and staff are solely focused on Workers' Compensation. Already experts, our lawyers are constantly sharpening their sword in the law to be able to fight aggressively for our clients. Several of our attorneys are members of the California Applicants' Attorneys Association: they are among the most passionate advocates for people like our clients anywhere, and their Workers' Compensation education never stops. On every level, our staff is well-trained in Workers' Compensation, from our Case Managers, Assistant Case Managers, and Intake Specialists, all the way up to our Director of Operations (a former Workers' Compensation Insurance Adjuster). Our team members don't just process paper and take messages - they are there to help our clients and answer their questions.
We focus solely on the rights of injured workers and match this intense focus with a firm philosophy of client service. We want to make sure each and every client is informed and works with their team through the process to recover everything they deserve. Because we only specialize in Workers' Compensation, everyone in the office is an expert. Our entire staff goes through rigorous training to be able to answer questions and keep clients informed: the level of communication that PWC's clients experience is simply unmatched.
We believe that our community can thrive only when its most vulnerable members are cared for. The crux of PWC's mission is helping people, and that's reflected in everything we do. The Pacific Workers' Foundation brings food to indigent clients, as well as offering college scholarships to children of past clients, firefighters, law enforcement officers, and SEIU members. PWC donates time and money to important causes year-round, and much of PWC's staff contributes to and works with organizations about which they are personally passionate.
The more informed our clients are, the better. PWC makes every effort to educate them in Workers' Compensation, providing a wealth of resources to answer their questions. Better understanding the complex California Workers' Compensation system can only help our clients; therefore, we not only endorse clients educating themselves on legal issues, but produce videos, books, FAQs, and social media posts to help.
Since our fee is on a contingency basis, our clients don't have to worry about racking up billable hours. However, we do divide work within the firm to make sure that the clients have the most access possible to assistance and information about their case. Instead of having to wait on a phone call from an attorney -- who is almost always at hearings or in depositions -- clients at our firm have access to trained case management teams who can always answer their questions.
