Client service, redundant communication, and ability to sort out complex driver's license issues set us apart. Our mission is to reduce your contact with court as much as possible, while dismissing your traffic charges for the least amount possible.
Robert W. Eutsler is the owner/lawyer. Beth Wing is an associate attorney. Michelle M. Eutsler is the senior paralegal, office manager, and Robert's spouse. Michelle oversees seven other employees. Together, and with the able assistance of other contract lawyers, we provide competent legal services at very reasonable pricing. The vast majority of our clients want their cases dismissed without having to come to court. While this is possible in most cases, some courts require the personal attendance of the client, whether or not you are contesting the violation. We provide competent lawyers for court appearances to defend and speak on your behalf. Most cases settle without trial. However, if it is a trial that you desire, we can defend you in courts that are close enough to the Houston area. We also represent clients in administrative driver's license hearings, and obtain occupational driver's licenses for clients whose licenses are already suspended. A University of Texas Law School graduate, Robert began his legal career many years ago in real estate transactions, banking and business law. For several years, he was a corporate officer and in sales for an oil service manufacturing business. Years of experience in dealing with business executives and the general public, plus raising four now grown children, uniquely equips him to relate to the typical jury panel. He presided over a city courtroom as a municipal judge for several years. He has handled, presided over and/or tried literally hundreds of municipal court and justice of the peace traffic violation cases. In recent years, Robert handles mostly DWI's, racing and other misdemeanor and felony crimes in and around Houston. His expertise, in addition to traffic violations, is in other driving-related offenses, such as driving while intoxicated, racing, reckless driving, minor driving under the influence, failure to stop and give information, intoxication assault, and intoxication manslaughter. He is a former president of the the Harris County Municipal Justice Bar Association, and a frequent speaker.

Robert Eutsler and Beth Wing are our full time lawyers. Michelle is the office manager. We have 7 other full time staff members. We handle all manner criminal cases, but our bread and butter is traffic violations and restoring driving privileges for those whose licenses are suspended or cancelled. Our strength is our unique ability to figure out all the issues which are affecting your driver license and coming up with the most practical plan on how to fix the problems so you can drive legally again.
My children kept getting tickets.
Traffic law is a unique area. Unless a lawyer has a volume practice in this area, and makes it a point to educate him or herself, and then stay abreast of ever-changing laws, they should stay out of traffic court. Even the very best criminal lawyers do not represent themselves. They would never go into traffic court without an experienced ticket lawyer.
