We make every attempt to take on a fair and objective mindset at the outset of each case in order to provide the best recommendations I can regarding my client's legal options.
We handle family law cases involving: Adoption, Attorney General Office (Child Support) Cases, Child Protective Services Cases (Litigation & Investigations), Child Support, Custody Disputes, Divorces, Enforcements, Grandparent Access, LBGTQ parties, Modifications, and Prenuptial Agreements .
I work diligently with my clients to educate them on the entire process, from initial filings to potential outcomes. The goal is to make sure all questions are answered to ensure clients are fully prepared to meet any challenges that may arise. It is vital that a client has some base understanding of the legal process.
We only take on cases in which our firm will be hired as counsel. Once we are hired, our attorneys will draft, review, and file all legal motions related to the case.
Unfortunately too many things can go wrong without an expriennced attorney assisting on a case. As such, we do not offer legal adivce outside of the attorney/client relationship.
We believe that ADR "Alternative Dispute Resolution" is a great options for most cases, not all, and we encourage our clients to consider ADR. Ms. Estorga is also a mediator is able to faciliate mediations in which she has not been hired as counsel.
Our firm works with other legal nonprofits to assist with probono matters, however the firm does not directly take probono cases. We only take on other cases that have been vetted and sent to us by a nonprofit agency.
We do not take a case we do not believe in or that we do not think is a good fit for our office. The attorney client relationship is exactly that, a relationship. As such it needs to be a good fit for both parties and we encourage potential clients to meet with multiple attorneys before ensuring that we are also the right for them.
Our office is not afraid of taking a case to trial. Having an experienced litigator is crucial to a case that needs to be heard before a Judge or Jury.
