Workers Compensation

When you are injured at work, your employer will look out for their bottom line, but who will look out for you?

At the Espinoza Law Group we understand California's workers' compensation system and use our experience to fight for all the benefits to which our clients may be entitled, including, when applicable, added compensation in cases of discrimination or retaliation under Labor Code 132(a) and/or Serious and Willful injuries.

Claims for benefits can be made based on either a specific injurious event or for injuries sustained over time through exposure to harmful conditions or actions.
