I was born and raised in Central New Jersey, After graduating from New York Law School, I began my legal career in-house for a major New York City insurance company, handling motor vehicle accident defense. While this job introduced me to the practice of law, I never lost sight of my dream of one day assisting individuals and businesses with their employment-related issues.
"Employment is part of your identity; it defines who you are."
After I heard this quote from a federal magistrate judge that was speaking at an employment law seminar, I knew that this was the area of law I wanted to focus on. My efforts came to fruition when I joined a small plaintiff's side (employee) law firm, where I handled employment law cases in New York and New Jersey on behalf of individuals from inception to settlement.
In 2015, and then again in 2019, I went to the defense side in employment matters. First, I provided employment defense on behalf of medical providers such as RWJBarnabas Health and University Hospital. Then, I joined a small firm where I defended public entities in employment claims brought by public officials and employees in the state and federal courts of New Jersey as well as the United States Supreme Court.
Currently, I represent businesses and employees in their employment-related issues.
