Evan Elan is the head of The Elan Law Firm's Washington, DC metro area practice. He is an aggressive litigator named a "Rising Star" by Super Lawyers in Washington, D.C. for business litigation. Evan focuses his practice on personal injury and employment matters. He represents individuals who have suffered catastrophic injuries in the Washington, DC metro area. He also routinely represents companies and individuals in a variety of industries in actions involving breach of contract, employment discrimination, and wrongful termination. Evan has experience representing individuals and Fortune 100 companies in actions including claims under the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Fair Labor Standards Act. Evan has also successfully represented and recovered significant compensation for whistleblowers who have pursued retaliation claims under Sarbanes-Oxley and Dodd-Frank.

Prior to joining The Elan Law Firm, Evan was a Complex Commercial Litigation Associate at international law firm Kaye Scholer LLP in the New York and Washington, DC offices. While at Kaye Scholer, Evan successfully represented pharmaceutical companies, financial institutions, and individuals in a variety of civil litigation matters. He also represented corporate clients in criminal matters involving anti-corruption and export controls. Evan spent significant time participating in cross-border internal investigations and conducting fieldwork in Europe and Asia.
