Winnie Eilert

Winnie Eilert is a southern West Virginia native who has traveled and worked in multiple areas throughout the United States. Growing up in a small town, Winnie learned the value of hard work and dedication to her community. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from Marshall University, then continued her education at the University of Cincinnati, where she received her Master of Science degree. She worked for nearly ten years in federal law enforcement before returning to school and earning her Juris Doctor degree from Florida Coastal School of Law.

Since she began practicing law, Winnie has gained experience handling cases in various areas of law, including immigration, security clearance defense, family law, and domestic violence matters. This experience, as well as her prior experience handling cases originating from Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), laid the foundation for her law firm. Her first-hand experience working within the United States government, coupled with her personal morals, values, and beliefs, gives her a unique insight that she relies upon when handling each of her cases.

Winnie is currently licensed to practice law in the State of Florida, and she is admitted to practice law in the federal courts in the Middle District of Florida. She is affiliated with the Florida Bar; the Jacksonville Bar Association; and the American Immigration Lawyers Association, a professional group for attorneys who advocate for and promote justice in United States immigration matters.

In her spare time, Winnie enjoys spending time with her family, and attending concerts and sporting events. Winnie is an avid football fan, and she supports the Carolina Panthers and her home team, the Jacksonville Jaguars.
