The partners have approximately 40 years of combined experience in litigation in all aspects of workers' compensation claims, including LC 4850, 132(a), Serious and Willful Misconduct allegations, subrogation and alternative dispute resolution.

Prior to joining Domingo Elias & Vu, Victor Winnek attended the University of Southern California, in Los Angeles where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Later he attended law school at the University of West Los Angeles, School of Law, Mr. Winnek has over 25 years' experience in the Workers' Compensation field. Victor Winnek was a Claims Adjuster for Fremont Compensation Insurance Company, and soon after Crawford & Company. He was also a Certified Law Clerk for the Orange County District Attorney's Office, Santa Ana, California. Victor Winnek handled "Three Strikes", Major Felonies, Police Misconduct and Search & Seizures for the Writs of Appeal Division; he has prepared and argued many trial briefs and appeals. Mr. Winnek than worked for the Law Office of Robert Wheatley, and soon after the Law Office of Callopy & Bather handling all phases of workers' compensation defense claims including file management, lien resolution, preparation of pleadings, investigation and discovery. He continues to represent client's interest at mandatory settlement conferences and lien trials.
