Firm Overview

If you or a loved one has been injured due to the fault of another or is disabled and unable to work, our hearts go out to you and your family. It has been our mission for over 25 years to help people in your exact situation. Our experience in only handling personal injury and disability cases makes a difference. Our top priority is to make sure you get the best possible medical attention as soon as possible. Our team of experienced lawyers and paralegals will guide you through the often confusing legal process to make sure you obtain the best possible compensation for your case or disability. You can trust that if we do not feel that we are capable of handling your case that we will do all we can to help you find the most capable lawyer, who can handle your case. Our motto here is "tell them you mean business" for a good reason. If you have been injured or are disabled, the other side is most likely only looking out for their own best interests, not yours. Therefore, you need a law firm who has the financial resources and passion to fight to make sure you get all the compensation you deserve. We take it personal when the other side tries to deny you the full compensation the law says you are entitled to and our attorneys believe in aggressive legal representation and not settling for less than what you deserve. We charge "no fee until you receive a settlement".
