Attorneys Kathy DeMaria, Belinda de Kozan and Kathlyn White founded the firm in 2019 out of a mutual desire to serve our clients well and with the utmost integrity. Kathy DeMaria has been assisting clients with estate planning and trusts for over 30 years. Belinda de Kozan has a background in insurance defense and civil litigation, and now handles probate, trust and guardianship litigation. Belinda also maintains a civil mediation practice. Katie White handles probate throughout the state of Florida, guardianship and estate planning. Katie is a Pensacola native who attended Birmingham-Southern College and obtained her law degree from Louisiana State University (LSU). She is admitted to practice in Alabama as well as Florida. She is also a member of the Florida Bar’s Section on Real Property, Probate and Trust Law. Katie has handled hundreds of probates throughout the State of Florida, and is AV Rated by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating given to attorneys by their peers for high ethical and professional standards.
In addition to her role as a Florida probate lawyer, Katie is actively involved in the community. She is a past member of the Board of Trustees of the Community Maritime Park, an exciting downtown revitalization project in Pensacola, and is the Vice-Chair of the Community Foundation of Northwest Florida, Inc.
