A member of the law firm since 1985, Larry Foerster has been recognized for over 21 years with the highest Martindale-Hubbell peer rating by judges and fellow attorneys: "AV Preeminent." A former U S Air Force Judge Advocate, Assistant District Attorney, and elected Montgomery County Attorney, Larry concentrates his law practice in the areas of general civil law, business law, municipal and government law, estate planning, probate and real estate.

Larry was honored in 1986 by the Montgomery County Bar Association as its "Lawyer of the Year." In 2009 Larry was also honored with a "Merit Certification in Municipal Law" by the Texas City Attorneys Association.

Larry is the chairman of the Montgomery County Historical Commission and serves on many other civic organizations. He is active in Conroe Bible Church where he serves as an Adult Bible Teacher. Larry is married to Martha Bland Foerster. They proudly have two grown children and one granddaughter.

Mark has been licensed to practice law since 1983. He is Director, Agent and Licensed Escrow Agent for Old Republic Title Company.

Mark is married to Elaine Creighton, and they have two sons: Clay and Cole. He and his family are members of Crossroad Baptist Church in The Woodlands, Texas.

Robert A. Rosenquist concentrates his practice primarily in the areas of family law and municipal law. He has been licensed to practice law since 1997. Prior to becoming a partner in the firm in 2001, Robert served in the Montgomery County Attorney's Office, handling criminal prosecution as well as representing Montgomery County in civil law suits in both Federal and State courts.

Robert currently handles cases ranging from divorces, child custody, enforcements, adoptions and modification suits. He also is the presiding judge for the municipal courts in the cities of Montgomery and Magnolia.

Robert currently serves on the Board of Directors for Access Builds Children (ABC). He and his wife Sissy have two sons. Robert is proud to be a graduate of Texas A&M University.
