Our Firm was founded in 1995. All of our principals are former partners or members of established firms, and all were formerly shareholders together in a large firm, and bring large firm expertise to our practice and clients.

Firm Overview

Various members of the Firm are admitted to practice in the courts of Maryland, the District of Columbia, Illinois, California, and Florida. Various members are admitted to several U.S. Circuit Courts of Appeal and a number of federal district courts and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Mr. Daneker focuses his practice on litigation, real estate transactions, and estate and trust administration. Mr. Schumm is a registered patent attorney with the United States Patent Office prosecuting U.S. and international applications. He also has a long-time Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights practice, and is past chair of the Subcommittee on Agribusiness and Agricultural Finance of the American Bar Association. Mr. Prince focuses his practice on real estate and large commercial transactions, and operates the title company owned by the firm: Camden Title and Settlement. Mr. Manning focuses his practice on ERISA and employee benefits and employment relations. Ms. Widmann focuses her practice on trusts and estates, and on Qualified Domestic Relations Orders and the division of pensions in divorce proceedings.

The Firm, because of its admiralty, letter of credit, and securities practice, has advised clients in conjunction with international transactions.

Our goal is that each client feel that we are devoting the same effort, attention and cost consciousness that we would devote to a legal matter on behalf of ourselves or a family member.

The Firm does not issue opinions in conjunction with public securities offerings.

Several members of The Firm are admitted to the U.S. Supreme Court.
