Our firm focus is on the individual representation for those injured as the result of another's negligence. We represent client for all levels of injuries, providing a personalized service and proven legal experience for over 23 years.

Our firm is located in McKinney, Texas, in the rapidly growing Collin County area. Our firm handles cases from across Texas and will represent you for any injury that you have received as the result of someone else's negligence.

What are your firm's strengths and style?

Our firm's strength is our commitment to the client and our personal dealing with your case. Unlike the large law firms or the big TV advertisers, we don't have "case managers" or other non-attorneys dealing with your case. Our style is to be professional, friendly, and honest with our clients about their case and potential for recovery.

How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?

It was easy, we want to help people who were injured because of someone else's negligence, recklessness, or just plain stupidity (texting while driving). Our biggest enjoyment in this practice is working with an injured person and watching them get the medical care they need, make a recovery, and then have us get them a settlement or represent them in trial to get a verdict to help them get on with their lives. We enjoy working with people!

How frequently does your firm use mediation, arbitration, or collaborative law to resolve cases?

Because in nearly every lawsuit that is filed mediation is a requirement by the Judge, we go to mediations for nearly every case as a requirement. That does not mean accepting an offer that is not reasonable or being forced to do so, it simply is a requirement by the Judge. If your case requires arbitration, we will represent you but we will not agree to go to arbitration unless legally required. We do not participate in collaborative law for personal injury cases. Since we are typically dealing with an insurance company, we don't expect them to feel any compassion or want to work with our clients.

What experience or education distinguishes your lawyers from others?

Our experience of handling personal injury and auto accident cases for nearly 23 years means a lot to our clients. Just like learning a trade, experience in handling your case requires your attorney to have experienced how to handle your case so that you can win. We have that experience.
Since all lawyers have to attend law school, and law school does not teach personal injury as a specialty, it takes practical work experience to know how to handle a personal injury case.
